Remove the gel pack from the plush cover and place it in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
Once chilled, insert the gel pack back into the plush cover before use.
To warm the gel pack, use one of the methods below only.
Place the gel pack in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until it reaches the desired temperature.
Place the gel pack fully submerged in a microwave-safe bowl of water.
Heat in 10–15 second intervals, checking the temperature between each interval.

⚠ Do not heat the gel pack without water
⚠ Always apply with the plush cover between the gel pack and the skin
