Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident shopping with Boo Boo Buddy. Please read the information below carefully so we can assist you as quickly as possible if needed.
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused and unopened
- Is in original packaging
- Is in resaleable condition
All change of mind returns are assessed once we receive the item back. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be unused.
Items showing signs of use, handling, wear, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
Gel packs & hygiene items
For hygiene and safety reasons, gel packs cannot be returned or refunded if they have been used.
Gel packs that have been handled by a child, squeezed, reheated incorrectly, or frozen multiple times are not eligible for return or replacement.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, including plush covers or gel packs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Gel packs that arrive damaged or leak on their first freeze may be eligible for replacement. Gel packs that have been used or mishandled are not eligible for replacement.

When submitting your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and original packaging (if applicable)
Requests submitted without the required information may experience delays in processing.
