Boo Boo Buddy Return Policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used Boo Boo Buddy products cannot be returned.
Because Boo Boo Buddy products are designed for hot and cold therapy, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, heated, frozen, or otherwise used.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@booboobuddy.co.
Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Assessment
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions.
If the item shows signs of use, heating, freezing, washing, or damage, the return will not be approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, used heat packs, heated or frozen products, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
