How it works
Three simple steps, with the gel pack always removed from the cover first.
Remove the gel pack
Always take the reusable gel pack out of the plush cover before cooling or warming.
Cool or gently warm
Cool the gel pack in the freezer. To warm, place it in a bowl of warm water, or microwave it only while fully submerged in a microwave safe bowl of water. Always follow the supplied care instructions.
Place it back inside
Check the temperature first, then slide the gel pack back into the plush cover before giving it to your child.
