Simple when the ouch happens
The gel pack comes out before cooling or warming, then goes back inside the soft Buddy cover for use.
Take it out of the plush cover first.
Follow the supplied instructions. For microwave warming, fully submerge the gel pack in a microwave safe bowl of water.
An adult checks the temperature, returns the gel pack to the cover and supervises use.
Ages 3+. External use only. Adult supervision required. Never microwave the gel pack on its own or inside the plush cover. Always follow the supplied care, heating and safety instructions.
