How it works
Cold use
Remove the gel pack from the plush cover and place it in the freezer for 1β2 hours.
Once chilled, insert the gel pack back into the plush cover before use.
Warm use
To warm the gel pack, use one of the methods below only.
Warm water
Place the gel pack in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until it reaches the desired temperature.
Microwave with water
Place the gel pack fully submerged in a microwave-safe bowl of water.
Heat in 10β15 second intervals, checking the temperature between each interval.

Heating, cooling + safety
Remove the gel pack from the plush cover before heating or cooling. For microwave warming, fully submerge the gel pack in a microwave safe bowl of water and follow the supplied instructions. Check the temperature before returning it to the cover.
