Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for customers within a fifteen kilometre radius of Beaudesert, Queensland 4285. If your address is eligible, the local delivery option will automatically appear at checkout. Delivery details will be provided after your order is placed.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During launch periods and promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping times (estimated)

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your parcel seems delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you follow it up.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the outer packaging
• the product(s)
• the shipping label

We’ll sort it with you as quickly as possible.
