3. Products & Use

Boo Boo Buddy products are designed to provide comfort and hot/cold therapy support. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Please follow the care and usage instructions provided with your product.
  • Adult supervision is recommended during use.
  • Always test temperature before applying to skin.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including where there is an error in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • We may limit quantities per order or per customer.
  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes as required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed (unless required by law). We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.

All content on this site (including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and branding) is owned by Boo Boo Buddy or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
